Can I have a refund for the not used credits?
Unfortunately, no. All sales are final and we don't provide refunds.
What happens with the remaining credits on my account?
The credits never expire and you can use them whenever you want. If you buy more credits, it will be added to your current credits balance.
How the system withdraw the credits from my account?
For each email subject that you send to a group of our seed list in a 10 minutes interval, the system will withdraw a credit from your account. This way you can test a message against the main email providers for just one credit.

If you sent emails to our seed list while your account was with not enough credits, the messages were discarded and you will need to send the messages again.
